Coastal Classic!
Towering over the Sea to Sky corridor at 2678m, Mt. Garibaldi is a highly sought summit. What attracts climbers? It is a dramatic glaciated peak and the highest point towering over the town of Squamish below.
This trip involves climbing the north east face via Brohm Ridge and the Warren Glacier. Begin by driving a 4x4 road to 1380m. From here, walk a beautiful subalpine ridge to camp on the edge of the Warren Glacier. An alpine start brings you up the Warren Glacier to the classic North East Face where 50 degree snow slopes lead to the spectacular summit.
Helicopter Option:
Fly from Squamish Airport to camp near Warren Glacier. Save energy for the climb by avoiding the approach hike!
